When you come into Bloom ask for our Plant A Seed form or download the pdf here and bring it with you. While you're shopping jot down some wish items you'd like to have. Then you can either:

1. Put the form on file at Bloom and tell your spouse, friends or family members to ask for this information when they come in to shop for you.

2. Write down contact information and special dates like your birthday or anniversary. We'll then contact your spouse, partner, friend or family member two weeks prior to your special day and let them know we have perfect gift ideas for you. We'll even gift wrap their purchase making this the easiest and best gift they'll ever give you.
